This approach empowers you to choose a payment tier that reflects your current financial reality—making care more accessible while still supporting the sustainability of our practice.

Sliding Scale Individual Session Pricing



For clients who can comfortably meet their basic needs, have savings, and can afford discretionary spending.
Choosing this tier helps us offer lower rates to those in need:
Initial visits: $145
Follow-ups: $120
For clients who can meet basic needs but may have limited expendable income and occasional financial concerns.
Initial visits: $115
Follow-ups: $90
For clients who frequently struggle to meet basic needs and have significant financial constraints.
Initial visits: $80
Follow-ups: $60
How to Select Your Tier
We trust clients to self-assess their financial situations honestly. Choosing a lower tier when you can afford a higher one may limit access for others who genuinely need reduced rates. We do not require income verification, and your selection will remain confidential. By participating in this model, you help us provide care that is both accessible and sustainable. Gentle Care Monthly Bundle – $260/month
Includes 2 sessions/month (50 minutes each) + limited secure messaging between sessions + optional journaling or reflection prompts + Food and Mood Journal for meal reflections and RD feedback
Best for: Established clients seeking ongoing care, gentle accountability, and continued support—not intended for new clients or those recently stepping down from higher levels of eating disorder treatment.
This monthly option is ideal for individuals who have already done foundational nutrition work and are looking to maintain progress, explore body connection, or navigate long-term hormonal shifts. It offers a consistent, low-intensity rhythm of support that honors your autonomy while keeping you grounded in your goals. The Food and Mood Journal allows for flexible check-ins and personalized RD feedback without the structure of more intensive care.

Nourish & Reflect Package – $400
Includes 4 sessions (50 minutes each) + secure messaging feedback between sessions + Food and Mood Journal for meal reflections and RD feedback
Best for: New clients who are just beginning their nutrition journey and want support identifying goals and next steps.
Starting nutrition care can feel overwhelming—and this package is designed to make that first step easier. Whether you're feeling stuck in diet culture, confused about what nourishment means for your body, or unsure how to move forward, we’ll use these three sessions to build clarity, direction, and support. The included Food and Mood Journal offers a space to reflect on meals and emotions between sessions, giving you thoughtful, nonjudgmental feedback as we begin mapping out a path that’s aligned with your values and needs.

Recovery Support Package – $500
Includes 4 sessions (50 minutes each) + secure messaging + Recovery Record integration with feedback between sessions
Best for: Clients in eating disorder recovery who benefit from structure, accountability, and regular connection
This package is designed for deeper support during a challenging season. You'll get weekly or biweekly sessions, personalized feedback through Recovery Record, and secure messaging to process urges, food experiences, or hard moments in real time. It's like having a steady guide beside you as you do the hard (but meaningful) work of recovery—without doing it alone.
