Eating Disorder Nutrition Therapy
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed support for those recovering from eating disorders or struggling with disordered eating. Whether you're navigating restriction, binge eating, chronic dieting, or body image distress, our work together centers your autonomy and lived experience. PCOS Nutrition Support
As a registered dietitian, I provide individualized, non-diet support to help you manage PCOS in a way that prioritizes your overall well-being—not weight loss. Nutrition can play a key role in supporting blood sugar stability, reducing inflammation, improving energy levels, and addressing cycle irregularities. We’ll explore sustainable strategies that include gentle nutrition, consistent nourishment, and realistic meal planning—all without food rules or shame. I also support clients in reconnecting with their bodies through mindful movement and self-compassion, honoring the emotional and physical impact of PCOS in a weight-centric world.
Postpartum Nutrition
Postpartum is a deeply personal and often overwhelming transition—nutritionally, emotionally, and physically. As a registered dietitian, I help individuals navigate the nourishment needed for recovery, energy, and hormonal shifts while also supporting body image and feeding needs with compassion. Our work might include meal structure that fits your real life, gentle support for appetite changes, and space to process the pressure to “bounce back.” I also support connection to your body’s signals and needs through a trauma-informed lens, with optional guidance around movement and rest.
Intuitive Eating Support
Are you tired of dieting? Intuitive eating is about rebuilding trust with your body and unlearning the rigid food rules that disconnect us from it. I help clients explore hunger and fullness cues, navigate emotional eating without judgment, and develop a more peaceful, flexible approach to food. Our work may also include body image healing, setting boundaries with diet culture, and incorporating movement in ways that feel supportive rather than punitive. This approach is especially helpful for those feeling stuck between chronic dieting and disordered eating patterns.
Ongoing Nutrition Support & Accountability
For clients who would benefit from extra structure and connection between sessions, this service includes secure messaging and the use of the Recovery Record app to enhance support between appointments. Ideal for those in eating disorder recovery or navigating nutrition-related life transitions like postpartum or perimenopause, this option offers gentle accountability and a space to reflect in real time. Included Features: Recovery Record App Integration (Eating Disorder Support only) Log meals, emotions, urges, and thoughts in a secure, dietitian-accessible format Personalized feedback and encouragement within the app Optional meal reminders and affirmations based on your goals Weekly review of logs with tailored insights and goal-setting Between-Session Messaging Support Response window: Monday–Friday, within 24–48 hours Use messaging to: Reflect on meals or body image thoughts Ask quick questions or request reassurance Share wins, challenges, or real-time struggles Secure messaging via your client portal with Food & Mood logging RD will message and provide feedback on meals and snacks throughout the week
