Intuitive Eating Support

For clients who would benefit from extra structure and connection between sessions, this service includes secure messaging and the use of the Recovery Record app to enhance support between appointments. Ideal for those in eating disorder recovery or navigating nutrition-related life transitions like postpartum or perimenopause, this option offers gentle accountability and a space to reflect in real time.
